Opener
Day 0
RepliedSubject: Precision brass components for Crane Pumps
Hi Jim, I'm Parth Faldu from Brasstech Engineering in Jamnagar, India. We manufacture precision brass turned and CNC/Swiss-machined components โ threaded parts, inserts, bushes, spacers, and custom parts built to drawing. Trade records show brass components already moving into your Piqua, Ohio plant on this lane, so you know the logistics work. We'd like to be considered for additional turned-component programs as your pump lines expand. If a second source for brass components is on your radar this year, I'd welcome a short conversation. Best regards, Parth Faldu Brasstech Engineering

Day 3
OpenedSubject: How we support pump OEMs
Hi Jim, A quick note on what we actually deliver, since capability fit matters more than introductions: For pump and fluid-handling OEMs we produce threaded fittings, impeller inserts, and seal-gland bushes to drawing โ the repeat parts that need consistent threads and bores across long production runs. We hold tolerances to ยฑ0.01 mm on critical dimensions, run both CNC turning and Swiss-type machines, and maintain a documented on-time delivery record across repeat export programs. Happy to share our capability sheet or a recent inspection report if useful. Parth

Objection handling
Day 8
SentSubject: On vetting a new supplier โ fair concern
Hi Jim, The most common hesitation we hear is understandable: qualifying a new overseas supplier takes time, and a bad component costs more than a good price saves. Since components for your category already ship this route, the freight and customs path is proven โ the remaining question is our shop floor, and we'd rather show than tell. We make evaluation low-risk: free samples against your drawing, full material certificates and dimensional reports with every batch, and no minimum-order pressure on the first program. Would a sample run be a sensible first step? Parth

Day 14
ScheduledSubject: Send a drawing, get a number
Hi Jim, Last note from me for now. If any brass component on your desk is worth a competitive quote, send the drawing across โ we'll return pricing and lead time within two working days. Alternatively, I'm glad to set up a 15-minute call at whatever hour suits your time zone. Either way, thanks for your time.
